Bioload is how many and what type of fish you have in the tank. Loads of fish, create loads of waste, and often the captive system can't keep up with the excessive nutrients released by the fish poop.

ahaa...
i have about 15 Danio rerio and about 10-15 Babaulti(shrimps),and one small Ancistrus in 75L
and 4 Hyphessobrycon herbertaxelrodi
but this is nothing in 75 L... small fishes,shrimps..i don't know...
