Are you wanting to build your own pressurized unit, or use a DIY yeast/sugar setup?
On a tank that size, you do really need to go with a pressurized unit... DIY won't get your CO2 levels consistent enough throughout the tank. They're pricey, though. There were some Victor regulators on Ebay not long ago for a really good price.
