About how many do you have in your colony now, Dennis?

Are you selling your extras?

I would guess somewhere between 60 - 100. After the initial spawn that started this post, I had another spawn plus my original breeders.

I have a few people that have requested these in the past and the plan is to sell the extras. These guys are still just a bit to young yet though.

I do have Celestial Pearl (Danio margaritatus), Glowlight (Danio choprai), and Hikari (Danio sp. hikari) listed on AquaBid.

This fall I'm hoping to be able to offer the three above along with Gold Ring (Danio tinwini), Dwarf Spotted (Danio nigrofasciatus), Fireline (Devario sondhii), F1 Wild Type Zebra (Danio rerio), and Leopard (Danio rerio var. frankei). I have fry growing out for all of these at this time.

My next big push is going to be to get my Danio kyathit to spawn. I have both the spotted and the striped version of these...

The spotted morph - Ocelot Danios

The striped morph - Red-Finned Danios

I've got the full list of fish I'm working with on http://www.danionins.com/

Those would make great companions for a Brookstream Loach tank where flow is good and water is cooler! I really like those Ocelot ones! Man, nice to see different Danios out there! Have you have ever tried Lake Inle? Soul-Hugger has 3 (still looking for more) and they are nice nice fish with some super colour to them!

Isn't that the way? Lake Inle are nice, when we get a larger shoal for our 75GAL Loach Tank project, pictures will surely follow. Though with the Loaches, chances of the eggs/fry surviving are not good :D

With the weather starting to cool off here in Ohio, I've put the first of these fish on Aqua-Bid.
