You couldn't find better Krib shots in a book! Thanks for sharing.

Wow! Excellent! You'll have enough Krib fry to restock a thousand or so tanks! Love the pictures, and the tanks are truly coming into their own.

I'm hoping the local pet shop in my little farm town opens up around march if so that will be perfect timing to unload a bunch of these babies. A few of the last batch are starting to color up already I think they will make some amazing fish I'll probably keep a pair from that group so I can see how they color up.

Great photos! I love Kribs. I've already decided that when the wife lets me get another tank I'm getting Kribs for it.

They have definitely become a favorite of mine, I don't care for there temperament very much, they are most definitely a fish that should not be taken lightly when it comes to protecting there young. All other bottom dwelling fish are fair game for a beating.

Well I decided to give my 55 a fresh look, there will also be a stock change coming soon. Can anyone guess what the new stock list may be by the look of the tank?

:drooling: That looks awesome! :thumb:

I love how natural the tank looks. I am anxious to hear about the new stocking list. Though, I don't think I could guess what you are planning. I'll be watching for your announcement. :D

Kinda haha, I have been trying to put something together for a while I just finally pulled the trigger. I need to get rid of the current stock than I'll start the buffering and get my water where I want it.

LMAO, I guessed it right off the bat. You know the silly part is that been in the hobby since I was 9, this is my first ever attempting African Cichlids, not sure if I should be ashamed or excited (a bit of both).

From the looks of it, you'll have this tank up and running well before I get mine going.

Well you guys got it, at least part of it, I'm not going to ruin the surprise yet on the exact species.

I went a little crazy yesterday, the 125 is algae free for now. I also added my bleeding heart tetras to the 125 from the 55 I need to make a trap for the few fish left ( rainbow shark moving to 125 and bichir will probably get traded out) once these are trapped and moved the 55 will be seeing some new arrivals.

I set up a 10g for raising fry. It's a really simple set up. It's bare bottom with a pile of rock in the middle, I'm running a twenty gallon in tank filter and heater. I used an ugly but good tank divider to block the end of the tank with the filter and heater. So flow is not harsh but efficient and I should not have to worry about fry getting sucked up.

My 20g got a huge remodel hopefully it works out this time, there will be pictures to come later.

Lastly I was given a one gallon rimless tank a while back, I finally put it to use and made a little planted tank I don't think it will have any inhabitants unless I get a betta but that's going to depend on how the plants do.
