Could the following please be added in some way/shape/form?

-Detailed description of any behavior/color changes along with a description of the animal's typical behavior
-Dimensions of the tank if nonstandard size (20H is very different than 20L, as is a 60 hex and 60 regular)
-Hardness/softness (optional, but may help especially with more delicate species)
-If this is a problem where aggression is a possible cause, what sort of cover/territory is available
-If possible, please attach a photo that best shows the problem.

Some of those may not be necessary in many cases, but some fish are delicate enough to require a certain water hardness or perhaps there are aggression problems due to a tank having bad dimensions (I don't think keeping a lot of aggressive fish in a normal 60g is quite the same as keeping them in a 60 hex.. less room to swim away!)
