Hmm...doesn't quite look like algae to me. Someone else care to weigh in?

Would it be possible to get a sharper, closer image? Does look like the start of Hair Algae or some sort of Fungal Growth. Judging by the "cottony" appearance, looks like moldy food trapped in the leaves.

A closer sharper image would be great.

It really looks like old plant material. It's not spreading at all. Hygrophila pinnatifida has grown roots AND small submerged leaflets.

It does look great, and I agree: it looks like some of that planting material some plants come with.

Once your lawn of Hairgrass grows in that will be the final touch on this awesome little tank! Good job!

A while longer since I'm not using CO2I did a big trim and removed the Anubias nana. Didn't like the round leaves. ImageImage

For Non-CO2, that sure is turning out nice. Give the Hairgrass some time to spread out and grow dense, it's one of my favorite Aquarium Plants!

I love how the Rasboras are hovering around the shrimp like, "Hey, he stole our food. Can...can we have that back?"

This tank looks better and better every time I see it.
