Will these fish get along a pair of German blue rams,some amano shrimp and a red tail shark in a planted 55 gallon tank

I think that your footprint gives you enough room to keep a pair of Rams and the RTBS together (make sure to provide some caves for the shark), but I suspect that the shark will make snacks of the Amano shrimp. My RTBS used to devour ghost shrimp.
