Hello from the Hoosier State...

Postby F15FreeEagle (60) » Tue Jul 26, 2016 9:37 pm

Hi everyone,

I've just recently (yesterday) subscribed to TFH. I cannot wait to get my 1st "hard copy."

I got back into the hobby about 3 years ago now. I had a 10 gallon as a freshman, but for various reasons gave it up a bit later on.

I currently have a 125 gallon African Chichlid tank, a 75 gallon that has angels in it (freshwater) and a 55 gallon that currently has a few tiger barbs and australian rainbows. This 55 gallon may or may not be turned into a saltwater tank sometime in the future, that is up for debate. Never had a marine aquarium before, but some of them are so gorgeous. I may have to try it. But we'll see...

And hello from the west coast! Glad to have you here on the forum. Jump right into the conversation. The more the merrier. And I hope at some point you'll consider posting some photos of you tanks. Would love to see them.

From Chicago... I can imagine you probably have a lot of "specialty" aquarium shops up there?

Yes, this just might have to do... Dayton is "only" around 2 hours away from me. I may have to go check it out. Thank you! :D
